Holistic massage therapy harmonizes the body and mind. 

Over time stress builds up as tension in our muscles, and overloads the lymphatic system with toxins which prevents a healthy lymphatic flow. When toxins can’t be eliminated from the body the lymphatic system gets clogged (lymphedema), cells become dysfunctional and that can lead to disease; and if the lymphatic system is compromised, the immune system is also compromised. Massage therapy aids lymph drainage, unclogging the toxins which are preventing the natural upwards flow. 

You will find that with regular treatments you will have an increase in energy and mental clarity, enabling your ability to focus and improve sleeping habits. 

I use the benefits of coconut oil, the fatty acids have antimicrobial properties that can help protect against harmful microorganisms which can be used to treat and prevent bacterial infections such as acne, cellulitis, folliculitis and athlete’s foot. 

Coconut oil may relieve inflammation by improving antioxidant status and decreasing oxidative stress; which can be beneficial to disorders like psoriasis, contact dermatitis and eczema. 

Coconut oil is the best oil I have found for hydrating the skin, preserving its function as a barrier to keep out bacteria, aiding in the healing process of scars and maintaining overall skin integrity giving your skin a healthy glow.
