My name is Camille, I’m a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner.

When I realized so many women are sacrificing their dreams and their individuality like I once did, I decided to become a holistic life coach and use the hard-learned lessons from my years-long journey, to offer my support.

Today, I help women who are in a period of transition take back control of their life. I guide them to start their own discovery journey, become more confident in all their relationships and embrace their individuality to craft a happier life.

Holistic life coaching and my approach

A coach is a facilitator who aims to help their clients to reach a deeper life fulfilment and sense of personal satisfaction, by assisting them to gain the knowledge and skills needed to achieve a specific goal.

In other words, I help you identify your needs, set goals, and take appropriate actions to meet them. During the sessions, I also challenge your self-talk and beliefs, so you’ll gain new perspective on your current situation.

My holistic approach enables me to address your concerns on all levels of your being: your mind, your body, your spirit and your emotions. It’s not just about what you want to change, but it’s also about how you feel and what you do about that change.

When appropriate, I also use mind-body tools and techniques such as guided meditation and visualization to help you (re)establish the connection between your mind and your body and gain more clarity.


For a coaching to be efficient, I like to consider it as a partnership where both the coach and the coachee have their own responsibilities.

Coach’s responsibility:

•        Respect, encourage and support the client;

•        Provide a structured coaching experience;

•        Teach the client effective tools and techniques for change.

Coachee’s responsibilities:

•        Be honest, open and ready for change;

•        Communicate your needs and wants;

•        Take action willingly on decisions agreed to within the coaching relationship.

Because change is scary, difficult and uncomfortable, I’ll be with you every step of the way. Our session will be a safe space where you’ll find guidance, support and compassion.
