Born in Uganda, raised in Switzerland, with British-Maltese nationality, I returned to Malta early 2020 after a 4 year stint travelling around Europe. I have an independent son and family here but always seem to have a foot on the European mainland or other place of interest so I am quite happy to have sessions online as well as in person. I qualified as a nutritionist after University (UK, USA) and practiced it solely for over 20 years giving advice on food supplements and herbs, delivering workshops to adults and teens and writing. But to really sort your stuff out, whether its body, mind or soul, its a good idea to take a look inside - to get to know how you tick. Mindfulness is a really helpful tool to manage everyday stress, ANXIETY and dark days AND IT IS backed by science to boot.
Meanwhile, I can sit with you while you find your own way, and while you are feeling explosions of feelings or no feelings at all OR YOU ARE SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN..
