I am very passionate about the work that I do and over the years I have developed a technique, which derives from the fields of regression therapy, hypnosis and NLP to help people overcome their challenges and find their inner balance.

Regression Therapy
Regression is the process of going back to past experiences, where any blockage is given the space to be encountered and acknowledged for what it really is. Some issues can be more deeply rooted than on e can comprehend and with regression work one can understand and release these limiting beliefs.
In regression sessions, relaxation techniques are used to go back to the root of the issue, understand why that blockage was created and work to release it.

These sessions create a safe space for us to meet and help your younger inner child. You will let go of any painful memories, limitations and then integrate into your present being.
